Tru Earth Environmental Products US Inc. (“Tru Earth”) offers a 30-day risk-free guarantee on your first purchase of any given product when purchased directly through www.tru.earth. To be eligible, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and return the product within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any subsequent purchases, we offer refunds or replacements in the case of quality issues or manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective or faulty, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All claims are subject to review and must include clear evidence of the issue.

All products purchased directly from Tru Earth are covered by a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, or for the maximum period permitted by applicable law, if shorter.
