Financial Analyst-Contract

Tru Earth is looking for a responsible and reliable Financial Analyst to support the Finance Team on a 6 month contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Have expert knowledge of Quickbooks Online
  • Confidence in maneuvering your way through Quickbooks desktop
  • Payroll support
  • Help create SOP’s for the department
  • Assist with A/P and A/R reconciliations
  • Credit application processing
  • Knowledge of Praxis reports, data clarification
  • Revenue reporting - countries/products/channels
  • Month-end revenue reporting

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of eCommerce experience
  • Enrolled in or completed an accounting or business program
  • Sales and/or Finance background
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Payroll experience
  • Advanced level use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build relationships and generate new business opportunities using appropriate company resources, programs, systems, email marketing, and follow-up techniques in order to create long-term interest for key prospects and current customers.
  • Complete email sequences, follow-up calls and required daily sales activities for new and existing accounts, consistent with company benchmarks.
